"Bib Gourmand": Restaurant selected by the inspectors of the MICHELIN guide for its very good value for money. Meals excluding drinks for less than 32 euros (36 euros in Paris).

For this former inn, 2014 was the year of rebirth! Its new chef and owner cooks a cuisine to the taste of the day, neat and fragrant: pressed with candied vegetables and sheep bush, almost veal cooked in a sauté pan with candied garlic and artichoke barigoule … It's enough to get off on the right foot! Le Beausset – Auberge La Cauquière The young Olivier Lozach asserts himself as a singer of Provencal cuisine. Its dishes full of flavors are worked with the products of the region. Barigoule artichokes accompany the veal, vegetables in the spotlight. Large vaulted room, beautiful fireplace, ornate terrace. A nice house, a nice couple.
