Following his hotel school training, Olivier has worked for more than 20 years with talented teams in several fine establishments in France and abroad. In 2010 he obtained a star in the Michelin guide while working as a chef in Corsica. Upon his return to the mainland a longstanding ambition took shape. l’Hôtel Restaurant La Cauquière was on the market, fulfilling a dream…

In 2015 the restaurant sees itself rewarded for a “bib gourmand” greeting the excellent value for money of its work.
